Bursaries instead of Scholarships

Covenant Christian School does not offer academic, music or sporting scholarships. We believe all children are valuable because of their creator and not their gifts and abilities.

As a practical sign of our Christian faith, and the principle that a Christian education should be available to as many Christian families as possible, Covenant has established a fund in order to provide bursaries for study at the school. We recognise the sacrifice families make to ensure their children learn in a caring Christian environment.

A bursary is an agreed percentage discount to school fees. A limited number of bursaries are available to students from Kindergarten to Year 12. A bursary is only awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial merit and/or need. The fund is administered by the Covenant Christian School Board who will determine the value, number and duration of each bursary on an annual basis.

Donations to this fund are Tax Deductible and help ensure more families will receive the benefit of Christian education.
For more information on donating towards, or to apply for a bursary, contact the Business Manager Andrew Lowry by phone on (02) 9450 2688.
